A beautifully delicate hand stitched artist book. Each book is a 'one off' which has been lovingly created using altered papers and hand embroidery.
The pages of these little books are created using papers which I first alter with stitch, creating texture. Small embroidered scraps are then hand stitched to each page before the pages are enhanced using hand embroidery, Bullion knots, buttonhole stitch and French knots.
Approximate measurement. 7x5 inches although no two books are exactly the same, these measurements are within a margin of half an inch for each book.
