Hand embroidered gingham pouch

A hand embroidered gingham pouch lined with a brightly patterned cotton fabric.
Created using small patchwork motifs and hand embroidered French knots.
Finished with a single, oversized Suffolk puff at one corner.
Measuring 10 1/2 x 10 1/2 inches this piece is completely hand made with hand finished seams and edges.
I use these little pouches to store precious scraps of lace or delicate vintage handkerchiefs.
Perhaps you have a few precious scraps yourself which need a home.
Do not launder.
Spot clean only.
